novalogica is looking for a Business Developer to join our team and drive the growth of our business!
What will you do?
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with clients and partners.
- Manage the sales pipeline and oversee the commercial cycle.
- Define and implement strategies to expand novalogica’s presence in both national and international markets.
- Deliver solution demonstrations tailored to clients’ needs.
- Create and present customised commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT consulting or Microsoft solutions.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proactivity and the ability to work independently.
