Business Developer (Microsoft Solutions)

novalogica is looking for a Business Developer to join our team and drive the growth of our business!

What will you do?

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with clients and partners.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and oversee the commercial cycle.
  • Define and implement strategies to expand novalogica’s presence in both national and international markets.
  • Deliver solution demonstrations tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Create and present customised commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.

 

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT consulting or Microsoft solutions.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proactivity and the ability to work independently.
