Managing records in Dynamics 365 using traditional grid views can be limiting—especially when tracking progress across different stages. Microsoft offers a built-in Kanban view, but it is restricted to Opportunities only, leaving other use cases without a proper visual workflow solution.
That’s why I developed the PCF Kanban View—a fully customizable drag-and-drop board that works with any table and allows grouping records by any choice column or even Business Process Flow (BPF) stages. This gives users a flexible, interactive way to manage records, beyond just Opportunities.
